AutoLeap Pricing 2026: Tiers, Add-Ons & Setup
AutoLeap costs $199/month for Essentials ($179 annual), $349 for Pro, and $449 for Elite, plus a one-time setup fee. Compare what each tier includes in 2026.
By Locomotion Editorial Team
AutoLeap publishes its plan prices on its website, which makes the monthly entry figure easy to read. The more important questions for a shop owner are which operational modules require stepping up to Pro or Elite, what is billed on top of the subscription, and what the pricing page leaves unstated.
Everything below was read directly from autoleap.com/pricing on 22 October 2026. Vendor pricing changes without notice, so treat this breakdown as a checklist to confirm in writing before you sign.
How much does AutoLeap cost per month?
| Plan | Paid monthly | Billed annually (per month) | What AutoLeap states it is for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essentials | $199 | $179 | "Get started with must-have tools for your business." |
| Pro | $349 | $309 | Labeled "Most Popular" by AutoLeap |
| Elite | $449 | $409 | "The most powerful package in the industry for shops looking to grow rapidly." |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Multi-location & custom enterprise requirements |
AutoLeap states on its pricing page that annual billing saves over 10 percent compared with paying month to month. The page does not publish a minimum contract length or early-cancellation terms, so ask for those terms in writing before committing to an annual plan.
What is included in each AutoLeap plan
AutoLeap's tiers are cumulative:
- Essentials ($199/mo monthly · $179/mo annual): Customizable work board, unlimited repair orders, CARFAX integration, canned jobs, verified eSignatures, integrated parts ordering, and standard digital vehicle inspections.
- Pro ($349/mo monthly · $309/mo annual) adds: Magic Parts Lookup, two-way texting, inventory and vendor management, technician view, time and job clocks, employee performance reports, QuickBooks Online integration, and labor guides and fluid specs. (Maintenance schedules and diagrams/procedures appear with an asterisk on the page.)
- Elite ($449/mo monthly · $409/mo annual) adds: Next-generation digital vehicle inspections, certified checklists, one-click descriptions, auto-generated technician notes, integrated Google reviews, a real-time shop dashboard, and the AutoLeap app.
- Enterprise (Custom) adds: Multi-location reporting, custom feature builds, ERP integrations, central controls and permissions, quarterly business reviews, and a dedicated account manager.
What AutoLeap charges on top of the plan
- A one-time setup fee. AutoLeap's pricing FAQ states: "There is a one-time fee to help you get set up," covering an implementation plan, data migration, training, and priority support. The dollar amount is not published on the page.
- AutoLeap AI Receptionist. Listed as a separate product at $99 per month.
- Custom add-ons. The marketing suite, digital marketing services, payment processing, and multi-shop management are listed without published rates.
- Items marked "additional fee." Certain repair-data and reporting rows in the feature comparison table carry an additional fee whose amount is not stated on the page.
The pricing page FAQ also states that AutoLeap does not offer a self-serve free trial and recommends booking a personalized demo instead.
Does AutoLeap charge per user?
AutoLeap's pricing page does not state a user or seat limit for Essentials, Pro, or Elite. Before signing, ask in writing whether every technician, diagnostician, service advisor, parts specialist, and bookkeeper in your shop is covered under the quoted tier price.
AutoLeap vs. Tekmetric: published prices side by side
Tekmetric's figures below were read from tekmetric.com/pricing on 22 October 2026.
| Tier level | AutoLeap monthly | Tekmetric monthly | AutoLeap annual | Tekmetric annual |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Entry (Essentials · Start) | $199 | $199 | $179 | $179 |
| Middle (Pro · Grow) | $349 | $349 | $309 | $309 |
| Upper (Elite · Scale) | $449 | $439 | $409 | $409 |
Because the headline tier prices are nearly identical, the real comparison is what lands on each tier and what is billed separately. Tekmetric explicitly states unlimited users on its pricing page and lists multi-shop (+$70/mo per shop), tire suite (+$39/mo), and marketing (+$345/mo) add-on rates. AutoLeap's page is silent on user caps and discloses a one-time setup fee without publishing the amount. For a full six-vendor comparison table, read our guide to auto repair shop software costs.
